The work behind the roof

Shane spent his first ten years in residential roofing and the next twenty in commercial work. W. Forrest brings those lessons together: commercial-grade steel, custom-fit details, and a crew that follows the same standard across the entire roof.

Built for Wisconsin weather

Custom gutter aprons, carefully installed flashings, and attention to roof intersections help prepare the system for winter snow and wind-driven rain, as well as summer weather.

The order matters

Tear-off, dry-in, preparation, and gutters happen before the shingles. We finish each part of the installation in sequence so the layers can do the job they were designed to do.

Consistent down to the fasteners

We follow the product’s installation requirements and take care with nail placement. Each crew member works to the same details, materials, and finish standard.

A few things to know

About residential.

Do you replace roofs on ranch homes?

Yes. Residential roof replacements, including ranch homes, are part of our work. Call to talk through your property and what the roof needs.

What makes your metalwork different?

Our flashings and trim use 24 and 26 gauge pre-finished commercial-grade steel, fabricated to fit the specific house rather than adjusted from standard store-bought pieces.

Can I see the details before deciding?

Shane uses a small model roof to explain the installation standard. Ask to see how the gutter, flashing, and roof edge details work together when you discuss your project.
